This was an action in the district court of Okmulgee county, Okla , by W. H. Dill, plaintiff in error, who will be designated as plaintiff, against Dewey Stevens, defendant in error, who will be designated as defendant, for the cancellation of two real estate mortgages. Green Stevens, as guardian of his minor son, Dewey Stevens, sold through the probate court of Okmulgee county at private sale the S.E.% of section 10, township 14 north, range 14 east, the same having been allotted to his said -ward by reason of his being a Creek freedman.
