OPINION BY JENKINS, J.:

Appellant Rashee Beasley appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas following his bench trial convictions for intimidation of witnesses, terroristic threats, conspiracy and hindering apprehension. We affirm.

The underlying facts and procedural history of this appeal are as follows.
