Reversing.
Thomas James owned two farms in Henry county. On June 6, 1918, he conveyed these tracts to his wife Martha James and his daughter Stella Bondurant, reserving the right to use, occupy and enjoy the home place during his lifetime. He died in April, 1921, and on August 30, 1922, his daughter Alice Henderson brought this action to set aside the deed on the ground that the grantor lacked capacity to make it and was unduly influenced by the grantees.
