Affirming.

Prom an unsuccessful effort to set aside two deeds made by ber sister, Mrs. Lann appeals. Mrs. Cardin Lapp De Pasqnalte died Jnly 26, 1926, sbe bad never bad any children, ber parents were dead, and ber only near relative was ber sister, Mrs. Sophia Lapp Lann. Mrs. De Pasqnalte was survived by ber husband, Antonio De Pasqnalte, to whom sbe bad by ber will dated December 1, 1913, devised ber property.
