Mannsfeld v. Phenolchemie, Inc.
District Court, S.D. Alabama
1Opinion of the Court
ORDER
GRANADE, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion to remand (Doc. 12), defendants’ opposition thereto (Doc. 22), plaintiffs reply (Doc. 29), and defendants’ request for oral argument (Doc. 25). The court finds that a hearing is not necessary for resolution of these issues and, therefore, defendants’ motion for oral argument is denied. The court also finds that défendants have not met their burden of demonstrating federal jurisdiction and that, therefore, the motion to remand is due to be granted.
