HAMILTON, Circuit Judge:
Robert Hairston (Hairston) appeals his sentence following his plea of guilty to violating 18 U.S.C.A. § 922(g)(1) (West Supp.1995) on the sole ground that he did not have three previous convictions that qualified as violent felonies for purposes of the sentencing enhancement under the Armed Career Crimi nal Act (ACCA), see 18 U.S.C.A § 924(e) (West Supp.1995).
