{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court granted summary judgment to appellee, Sauder Woodworking Company (“Sauder”), and upheld the Industrial Commission of Ohio’s denial of participation in the Workers’ Compensation Fund by appellant, Rogelio Gomez.
