Before the court are two motions filed by the defendants: (1) the “Motion for Summary Judgment Regarding Claims against GSU Employee Defendants,” [Doc. 78];1 and (2) the “Motion for Summary Judgment Regarding Claims against Grambling State University, Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, and Board Members,” [Doc. # 79]2 Plaintiff Avaine Strong (“Strong”) opposes the motions.
