ORDER
EDENFIELD, District Judge.
This case comes before the court on defendant’s motion to require further answers by the plaintiff to its initial interrogatories and on defendant’s motion to strike.
The plaintiff, a Negro high school graduate with three years of college education, answered an advertisement for employment as a file clerk with the defendant on October 10, 1966. Upon application, she was given two five-minute tests by the defendant, prepared, according to the defendant, by Industrial Psychology, Inc., an independent commercial testing firm.
