OPINION

ALARID, Chief Judge.

Defendant appeals from his conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant’s sole contention on appeal is that the trial court erred in denying him presentence confinement credit for a period when he was incarcerated on a parole violation due to the charges in this ease.
