HUXMAN, Circuit Judge.

Edith Panick, a minor, brought this action by her father as her next friend, against A. C. Willingham, as principal, and the National Casualty Company as surety, to recover damages for injuries sustained while riding in a truck owned by Willing-ham and being driven at the time of the accident by an employee, Ray Lapre. This is an appeal from a verdict by the jury for $2,000, and judgment entered thereon by the trial court.
