Appellee Billy Wayne Voyles J brought suit against appellant Allstate Insurance Company to collect insurance proceeds after his home in Parkin, Arkansas, was destroyed by fire. Allstate defended on the grounds that the fire was set by Mr. Voyles or at his direction, and alternatively because Mr. Voyles made a material misrepresentation by concealing the fact that he had lost a previous insurance claim after a fire destroyed a house that he owned several years ago.
