Defendants Computer Capital Corporation (CCC) and named individuals appeal from a judgment finding them in violation of the Minnesota Franchises Act, Minn.St. c. 80C, and guilty of common-law fraud and, upon these grounds, awarding plaintiff, Martin Investors, Inc., (Martin Investors) rescission of the contract between the parties and recovery of amounts expended thereunder. .
