Mrs. Sammie Mays Bradford filed this bill to have declared void a proceeding in the county court in which she was ad judged, insane and committed to the Central State Hospital and the American National Bank was appointed her guardian, and to recover of the guardian what it had paid out for her maintenance at the hospital and for other expenses of the guardianship.
