1 Appellants petition for a review of the trial court's interlocutory order of January 26, 2007, determining John Jennings 1 to be the sole heir to the estate of Walter Ray Henry, Deceased. There being no factual disputes, the case must be decided on an analysis and application of 84 0.8.2001 § 218(B)(2)(d) and (B)(d). Having reviewed the record and the applicable law, we reverse the order of the trial judge and remand it with instructions.
