This case involves a review of proceedings of the Industrial Commission, awarding compensation to an employee of the Gunnison Sugar Company for an injury sustained by him in the course of his employment. The United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company was the insurance carrier for the company. The award was made against both of them. The employee, in the course of his employment, was injured in his back, an injury to the lower vertebrae. No complaint is made as to the compensation awarded him for such disability.
