DECISION

MURRAY, Judge:

Tried to a general court-martial with members in June and July 1974, convened by the Commanding General, 3d Marine Division, FMF, at Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines, the appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of wrongfully lifting a weapon against his superior commissioned officer; unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon; unlawful detention; premeditated murder; larceny; robbery; assault with a dangerous weapon; and kidnapping, in violation, respectively, of Articles 90, 92, 97, 118, 121, 122, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§…
