OPINION OF THE COURT

Plaintiff (Delta-Sonic) commenced this action seeking an order enjoining defendant (the Council) from distributing handbills outside of Delta-Sonic carwashes in the Rochester area. (See, Labor Law § 807 [governing the general availability of injunctive relief in labor disputes].) A temporary restraining order was issued by Administrative Supreme Court Justice Charles Willis enjoining the Council from distributing its handbills pending a preliminary injunction hearing.
