COULSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege in a products liability case. Appellant Robert Turner sued General Motors Corporation, appellee, and Raymond Kliesing d/b/a Kliesing Motor Company in strict liability in tort for personal injuries received when his car rolled over in an accident. Suit was brought in Brazoria Cqunty, where Turner purchased the automobile from Kliesing Motors.
