Reversing.

On March. 15, 1903, the appellant and defendant below, Union Central Life Insurance Company, issued a policy on the life of Berry S. Jackson, by which it agreed to pay upon his death to Bertha M. Jackson, the beneficiary therein, who was a sister of the insured, the sum of $1,000.00 upon the conditions therein named, one of which was the payment of the annual premiums of $44.46 as therein stipulated, and under the heading “privileges and guaranties” printed on the back of the policy and as a part of it was the stipulation that, “In case of default…
