SCOTT, District Judge.
On June 12, 1925, Joseph Hodgson, plaintiff in error and plaintiff below, filed his petition in an action in ejectment against defendants in error in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District of Wyoming for Natrona County, to recover possession, and incidentally to establish his title, to a quarter section of land claimed as a valid placer mining claim.
