In three paternity proceedings (each as to a separate child), the alleged father appeals (by permission) from an order of the Family *728Court, Nassau 'County, entered October 10, 1973, which denied his motion for the issuance of a subpoena duces tecum directed to the Nassau County Department of Social Services for the production of certain welfare case records of petitioner Addie W. at the trial of the proceedings.
