This suit was filed by plaintiff Karr against various State and Delaware Army National Guard (“DEARNG”) officers (the “State defendants”) asserting, among other things, violation of Karr’s constitutional rights in connection with his involuntary separation from the Active Guard/Reserve (“AGR”) program.
