Plaintiffs, who are four independent distributors and suppliers of propane gas in southeastern North Carolina, filed this action seeking a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief permanently enjoining defendants from distributing and supplying propane gas in that geographic area and requiring defendants to “divest themselves of their interests in” Four County Propane, L.L.C. (“Propane”).
