Appellants Croucher and Alessi appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, Harold P. Burke, Judge, granting summary judgment to the United States. The court found that appellants had not presented any genuine issue of material fact to defeat the Government’s motion for the foreclosure and sale of property mortgaged to the Veterans Administration.
