GRAY, Circuit Judge.
This is a writ of error to-the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of New Jersey. The Security Trust Company, the defendant in error, brought an action in contract in that court, against Robb, the plaintiff in error. The action was founded on a bond of indemnity given by Robb to the Security Trust Company, to save it harmless, etc., in becoming surety in a property *461bond given in a replevin suit, brought in the Supreme Court of the .state of New Jersey.
