OPINION
OLIVER, Judge.
Plaintiff in error, the petitioner below, appeals to this Court from the judgment of the Criminal Court of Shelby County dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, after a full evidentiary hearing.
On May 25, 1964, upon pleas of guilty, represented by privately retained counsel, the petitioner was convicted in the Criminal Court of Shelby County on two cases of rape and two cases of assault and battery with intent to commit rape.
