This is a suit brought by the appellants against the appellees, complaining of the infringement of a certain patent granted to'Anton Miller and Christian Worley, two of the complainants, for an alleged improvement in finishing tobacco plugs and in marking the same. • A patent was applied for September 23, 1876, and was granted on the 5th day of December, 1876. It was subsequently surrendered and reissued on the 29th of January, 1878.
