Gilbert O. Robinson brought an action to recover $500 alleged to be due him as one half of a $1,000 fee collected by the defendant, John B. Guerry, for services rendered by them in successfully prosecuting a damage suit for a trustee in bankruptcy. The case has previously been before this court. See 40 Ga. App. 26. On the trial now under review the jury found for the defendant, and the exception here is to the judgment overruling the plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.
