James D. Crow (hereinafter referred to as “Crow”), K. C. Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “K. C.”), and Buckner Plaza, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Buckner”) brought this action against Home Savings Association of Dallas County (hereinafter referred to as “Home”), alleging a violation of the Texas Usury Law 1 and seeking recovery of the statutory penalties of forfeiture of loan principal, double interest, and attorney’s fees.
