HANSON, Senior District Judge.
This is a diversity case under Missouri law in which the plaintiff below, Chemical Sales Co., recovered $100,000 actual damages and $200,000 punitive damages for conversion. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
FACTS
The basic facts of this ease are undisputed.
The plaintiff is a Missouri corporation formerly engaged in the business of distributing cleaning products in the St. Louis area.
