This is an application to this court for a writ of prohibition restraining the superior court of the city and county of San Francisco from hearing or determining a certain motion and a certain order to show cause, in an action pending in said court wherein this petitioner is the plaintiff and the city and county of San Francisco is the defendant, said action being numbered 65435 in said court.
