This workmen’s compensation case comes before us on the appeal of the insurer from a decree of the Superior Court awarding compensation in accordance with the decision of the Industrial Accident Board. After the entry of the appeal in this court, the workman involved *95having died on June 16, 1939, the public* administrator of his estate was permitted on motion to intervene. The insurer concedes that the workman’s death resulted from the injuries hereinafter referred to.
