At the decease of Henry Schnurman, the partnership stock of Schnurman, Newhard & Co. was valued and appraised at the sum of $16,394.30. No fraud is alleged, nor is it asserted that the sum named does not fairly represent its full value. Neither the executor nor the heirs had any right to take the decedent's place in the partnership, nor to compel the continuance of the business.
