WALKER, Justice.
Appellant, referred to hereinafter as Plaintiff, brought this action against appel-lee, referred to hereinafter as Defendant, to recover the title to and possession of Lots 21 and 22 in Block 11 of the original town-site of Nederland, in Jefferson County. The action was filed on July 3, 1946.
