MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This is a diversity case in which the plaintiff, Dave Woodard, contends he was terminated from employment as an emergency medical technician (“EMT”) in retaliation for whistle-blowing activities, in violation of the public policy of the State of Kansas. The court’s jurisdiction is based solely upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, as the plaintiff is now a citizen of another state. No federal question claims are made.
