Appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs entered upon findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment of the trial court.
Plaintiffs were the owners of certain real property in the city of Minneapolis, the description of which is not important. At a foreclosure sale on September 12, 1933, the property was bid in by C. Arthur Lyman, mortgagee, for the sum of $3,620.10.
