This suit was filed by appellant, State Mortgage Corporation, in the district court of Bexar county, Tex., for the Seventy-Third judicial district, against Mrs. Maude B. Traylor, the unknown heirs of C. T. Traylor, Mrs. Lara Brown, the unknown heirs of C. H. Brown, on the 16th day of February, 1928.
