DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.
This is an original proceeding applying for a writ, of prohibition to preserve the integrity of a final judgment in cause No. *63514,605 styled June H. Lewis, et al. v. Nacogdoches County, et al. in the 2nd District Court of Nacogdoches County, affirmed by this Court on December 3, 1970, 461 S.W.2d 514. Our judgment of affirmance has long since become final, appellants therein having failed to file an application for writ of error to the Supreme Court.
