Bussey, Justice.

Upon an ex parte petition by Louise Sexton Greenfield, the appellant here, the probate court of Greenwood County, on February 9, 1963, appointed her temporary administratrix of the estate of'Dewey D. Greenfield, who died as a resident of that County' on January 23, 1963, and she proceeded to qualify, filing a bond in the amount of $25,000. Her petition for such appointment alleged that she was the lawful widow of the decedent.
