— On or about the 7th day of June, 1925, the appellee and the appellant entered into an oral contract for the erection, by the former for the latter, of a barn, for the agreed consideration of $2,150. There were no definite plans or specifications for the building of the barn, but, prior to the time when the appellee submitted his bid, he presented to the appellant a pencil sketch relative to some of the labor and material to be used, and pictures of different barns contained in a farm building magazine.
