Opinion

SCOTT, J.

Appellant Kim Baird appeals from the judgment entered upon her guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377); appellant Wayne Baird appeals from the judgment entered upon his guilty plea to manufacture and possession for sale of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, §§ 11379, 11378). Appellants contend the trial court erred in denying their motion to suppress evidence; appellant Wayne Baird also contends the court erred in failing to inform him prior to his plea that he would be subject to a parole term.
