Introduction

This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Summary Judgment by Defendant Oldcastle Glass, Inc. on all claims brought by Plaintiff Amy Pizzimenti (Doc. No. 68). The Motion asks the Court to grant summary judgment on the following claims: (1) Ohio Revised Code 4112.02 pregnancy discrimination; (2) intentional infliction of emotional distress; (3) a public policy tort claim; and (4) a separate and distinct claim solely for punitive damages.
