Atkinson, Justice.

(After stating the foregoing facts.) The act approved February 15, 1933 (Ga. L. 1933, p. 213), on which the petitioner based his claim, repealed the pension act approved August 6, 1925 (Ga. L. 1925, p. 228), and provided for police pensions in cities having a population of more than 150,000, according to the last census of the United States. By section 2 of the act of 1933 as amended (Ga.
