PUDLOWSKI, Presiding Judge.

This is a claim brought under the Missouri Worker’s Compensation Law. The Administrative Law Judge entered an award in favor of respondent. Appellant appealed to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, which affirmed the Administrative Law Judge, one member of the Commission dissenting. Thereafter, appellant appealed to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, which affirmed the Commission. Appellant now prosecutes his appeal to this court.
