Defendant was arrested on or about November 26, 2015, and arraigned on multiple charges that occurred in three Cayuga County towns and villages. After waiving indictment, defendant was charged by superior court information (SCI) with burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in. the third degree and reckless driving.
