This case involves the validity of the purported conversion of life insurance from ordinary life to paid-up participating insurance. Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company filed the bill for a declaratory judgment adjudicating the extent of its liability upon three life insurance policies for the aggregate face amount of $100,000.00 upon the life of Louis Liberman.
