Burch, J.:

The actions were instituted to determine whether voluntary express trusts created in connection with transfers of land inter vivos were testamentary in character and consequently revocable by subsequent will of the settlor. Judgments were rendered in favor of the beneficiaries of the trusts, and the adverse parties appeal.
