RULING AND ORDER
MARK R. KRAVITZ, District Judge.
On July 17, 2008, the Court granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss and dismissed this action in its entirely. See Ruling and Order [doc. #71]. Thereafter, Defendants filed a Motion for Sanctions [doc. # 74] against Mr. Chien and his former counsel, Kenneth Vo-tre. Mr. Chien, Mr. Votre, and Defendants all filed briefs in support of their positions. The Court held oral argument on December 11, 2008 on the Motion for Sanctions and allowed the parties until January 23, 2009 to file any supplemental briefing.
