MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAMS, District Judge.
Plaintiff Stanley Martin Companies, Inc. (“SMC”) brings this action against Defendant Universal Forest Products Shoffner LLC (“Shoffner”), asserting claims of breach of contract, negligence, contractual indemnification, common law indemnification, and contribution. Presently pending before the Court are Shoffner’s Motion for Summary Judgment [30] and SMC’s Motion to Strike Inadmissible Evidence Offered by Defendant Universal Forest Products Shoffner LLC in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment [41].
